Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at our concession stands during most events.  New York State law prohibits the sale of alcohol to those under the age of 21.  We ID everyone regardless of age (only non-expired government-issued photo ID's are accepted).  We reserve the right to refuse to serve intoxicated patrons.  Alcoholic beverage sales are cut off prior to the end of the event.  During hockey games, sales are cut off after the second intermission.  We ask you to please drink responsibly, and encourage the use of a designated driver.

Animals

ATM
At the Arena, an ATM is located outside the Box Office and another ATM is located on the North Concourse in front of Section 26.  At the Forum, the ATM is located in the lobby on the wall behind the concession stands.

Autographs
We do not support the solicitiation of autographs for non-BSENS events.  For Binghamton Senators games, guests may solicit autographs in Corner 5/6 (home) and Corner 19/20 (away) for 20 minutes after the end of the game.  The building will be cleared after 20 minutes.

Backstage Passes
We do not sell or issue backstage passes.

Bags, Backpacks, & Purses
Only small personal bags are permitted (small purses, diaper bags, etc.).  All bags are subject to search.  Bags larger than 14" x 14"x 6", backpacks, coolers, etc. are not permitted.  We do not have a check-in for these items.  Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle.

Banners & Signs
Banners and signs are permitted for most events, provided they are in good taste, as deemed by building management. Signs must not be commercial in nature or utilize wood, metal, or other types of objects for support. They cannot be hung or fastened anywhere in the building or in any way obstruct another guest’s view or building signage.

Booster Seats
A limited number of child booster seats are available at Forum events at no cost to you on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Camera Policy
The camera policy varies on an event-by-event basis, although most events do not allow photography, especially at the Forum Theatre.  Click on an event on the Event Schedule page for that event's camera policy.  For hockey games, non-flash photography is allowed, with non-professional cameras.  Patrons taking pictures may in no way block aisles or interfere with other other guests' enjoyment of the event.

Child Admission Policy
For most events, children under 2 years of age do not need a ticket if they will be sitting on the lap of their parent or guardian.  However, the child admittance policy may vary on an event-by-event basis.  Click on an Event on the Event Schedule page for that event's policy.

Concessions
A wide variety of food & beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) are available at our concession stands, including healthy menu items, vegetarian menu items, & gluten-free menu items.

Courtesy
We endeavor that all our guests enjoy themselves in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner at events at the Arena & Forum, and intend to maintain a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere.  As such, improper conduct (inculding profane or abusive language, throwing objects, disorderly conduct, etc.) may resut in ejection from the venue and possible arrest.  In addition, offensive signs or clothing are not permitted.

Elevators
Disabled guests are given priority for the use of the elevators at the Arena.  There are no elevators at the Forum.  Please visit our Accessibility page for more information.

Emergencies
If you have an emergency during an event, contact any staff member.  Every event is staffed with Security Officers and medical personnel for your safety and security.  During events at the Arena only, you may contact Security by calling or texting (607) 343-7695.

No food or beverages from the outside (including bottled water) are allowed in either venue.  A wide variety of food & beverages are available at our concession stands, including healthy menu items, vegetarian menu items, & gluten-free menu items.

Lost & Found
If you have lost or found an item during an event, please contact an Event Staff or Security Officer.  Contact the Executive Office to check to see if your lost item has been found.

Reentry Policy
Once you have entered the venue and your ticket has been scanned, there is no reentry.  If you exit the building you will have to purchase a new ticket if you wish to reenter.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Once tickets are purchased, they are nonrefundable and not exchangeable.

Restrooms
At the Arena, restrooms are located in all four corners, on the first floor in the front hall by the Box Office, & on the third floor by the Arena Club.  At the Forum, restrooms are located in the lobby, and in the auditorium on the first & second floors.  Please visit our Accessibility page for information about handicapped restrooms.

Scalping
In accordance with New York State law, the resale of tickets at any price is prohibited on Arena/Forum property, and within 1,500 feet of the venues.  To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void, or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized seller.  Please visit our Buy Tickets / Box Office Info page for more information.

Security
We at the Arena & Forum take security very seriously.  All events are staffed with uniformed Security Officers.  If you need any assistance during an event or wish to report any suspicious activity, please do not hesitate to talk to a Security Officer or Event Staff member.  In case of an emergency during Arena events only, you may contact Security by calling or texting (607) 343-7695.

Smoking Policy
In accordance with New York State law, smoking is prohibited inside the Arena & Forum.  Additionally, smoking is prohibited on Arena/Forum grounds.  E-cigs, vapor cigarettes, etc. are also prohibited.  There is no smoking area available during events.  In accordance with our NO REENTRY POLICY, if you exit the venue for any reason, you will not be allowed back in without purchasing another ticket.  Visit our Smoke-Free Policy page for more information.
